Devonshire Construction’s president has over 28 years of construction experience. Founded by Richard Dow in 2004, at Devonshire Construction we fully understand our clients concerns regarding budget and schedule needs. Devonshire Construction consistently meets or exceeds these goals with each project for each client.
We are continually building our data base of highly qualified subcontractors to continually provide the highest standard of craftsmanship, for each trade involved when we deliver a completed project. Our superintendents are licensed and have a minimum of ten years experience in the construction industry. They also participate in professional development classes to keep current with the latest building codes and Industry trends.
